Hey Mod Haus family,
I wanted to pop in and put the three newest JayESims x Jaye Hinson drops in one place because these are the kind of mods that really shift gameplay when you actually use them in a save. They’re all built for people who like their Sims to feel a little more human and not just “happy/sad,” but layered, messy, specific, and real.
Here are the three, why I made each one, and the links so you can grab them.
1) Pregnancy Feelings Mood Pack (Mods For All Program)
Pregnancy in Sims can feel super one-note sometimes, like it’s all bumps, cravings, and cute moments. I wanted to build something that holds the stuff people don’t always say out loud: the excitement, the fear, the body changes, the mood swings, the weird random moments, and that “who am I right now?” feeling that can come with it.
This mod is for storytelling saves where pregnancy isn’t just a timeline, it’s an experience.
How it works: your Sim gets the trait by clicking “Confirm Pregnancy.” From there, you’ll get a full pie menu called “Pregnancy Feelings…” that opens up different reactions and moments.
What’s included (high level):
A Positive Feelings menu for those connected/excited moments
A Negative Feelings menu for the insecure, bloated, not-feeling-like-yourself days
A Real Pregnancy Moments menu (cravings, dreams, random stuff)
A Pregnancy Progression menu so you can say you’re 1 month all the way to 9 months — great for timeline storytelling and pacing
I’m also planning to expand this one, because pregnancy doesn’t exist in a vacuum. Partner reactions, support systems, family dynamics, and more are all on my list and I’d rather build it the right way than rush it.

2) Obsessive (Stalker) Ex Trait (Mods For All Program)
We’ve all had that one Sim… or made that one Sim… the ex that cannot let it go. This trait is for maximum storytelling mess, but still grounded in the way obsession can look: spiraling, delusion, “I swear I’m fine” behavior, and pushing boundaries because they think they’re the main character in everyone’s life.
I created this because my saves needed a true “problem person” that wasn’t just mean, someone who’s emotional, reactive, and unpredictable in a way that creates scenes on its own.
What’s inside:
10 custom social interactions
A dedicated pie menu called “Stalker Energy…”
This is the kind of trait that instantly builds drama arcs: love triangles, messy breakups, unhinged pop-up moments, and that cinematic tension you can’t get from base game socials.

3) Diagnosed: The Chapters — Asthma (Mods For All Program)
Drop 5 in Diagnosed: The Chapters is Asthma, and I’m not gonna lie — this one matters to me.
Asthma gets treated like a throwaway condition in a lot of media. But in real life it’s triggers, stress, environments, being “fine” until you’re not, and always having to manage it in the background. I wanted a Sims version that brings representation without turning it into a joke but still lets gameplay be playable and relatable.
What’s included:
6 custom social interactions
Moodlets + storytelling moments built around day-to-day reality (not just “use inhaler and done”)
If you’ve been following the series, you already know the tone: it’s not just buffs — it’s identity, survival, and real life translated into gameplay with care.

If you add these three into a save together, you’ll feel the difference fast: pregnancy feels more real, relationships get way more dramatic, and your health/realism storytelling gets another layer without becoming heavy in a corny way.
If you play with any of them, tag me or message me what kind of stories you’re building, that feedback genuinely helps me decide what to expand next.
